I had previously reviewed Mayfair as 4 stars but I have to say, they've stepped it up based off my experience today. Me and my girlfriend were blown away with how good the food tasted and looked. We were expecting decent and got excellent, good job to those working the kitchen and front of house.

Great vibe and location. Ordered the Hash Stack and Chai Latte and both were amazing! Deliciously crunchy hash browns and beautifully flavoured Latte - one of the best Chai's I've had! Also ordered a carrot cake to go - feel like it had great potential but had possibly been sitting in the fridge for too long. Tasted better once it had warmed up a little.

Like the surroundings - very cute. My partner says their coffee is OK, but tastes a little burnt. I love the small selection of "Tea Leaf" teas, and their curly fries are super yum. Shame they dont have more options for the "food intolerant" crowd. So hard to find places that we can drink and EAT at 😔

Mayfair Cafe is located in an old movie theatre and the decor is movie-themed to match. Good food including a brunch and lunch menu, counter food and homemade pizza. The coffee is ok and our service was friendly. Nice surroundings to enjoy a long lunch.
